With a lengthy career within KLM and a variety of functions in the Netherlands and abroad, Marco Redeker will start as Managing Director of Cygnific. As per 1 December he will take over this role from Ramón Delima, who after nearly 5 years at Cygnific will start a new chapter at TUI as Global Head of Customer Service.

Marco currently leads the Cabin Crew Planning & Assignment department at KLM and is looking forward to taking on his new role in this KLM daughter company: “I place great value in integrity, respect, cooperation and connection. I like to connect and empower people and believe that each person has unique qualities. Exploring and utilising these, makes us stronger as a team and organization. The colourful and diverse culture within Cygnific, connects people and culture. This is an aspect that is very important to me and one that KLM and Cygnific have very much in common.
