With a lengthy career within KLM and a variety of functions in the Netherlands and abroad, Marco Redeker will start as Managing Director of Cygnific. As per 1 December he will take over this role from Ramón Delima, who after nearly 5 years at Cygnific will start a new chapter at TUI as Global Head of Customer Service.
Marco currently leads the Cabin Crew Planning & Assignment department at KLM and is looking forward to taking on his new role in this KLM daughter company: “I place great value in integrity, respect, cooperation and connection. I like to connect and empower people and believe that each person has unique qualities. Exploring and utilising these, makes us stronger as a team and organization.
