The Human Resources Officer advises and supports management and staff on all HR related issues and executes, monitors and adjusts Cygnific's Human Resources policy in line with the company policy and strategy and social law, in such a way that staff, at present and in the future, meet the qualitative and quantitative requirements of the company.

Period: 1st of June 2018 till 1st of November 2018

YOUR WORK AS HR OFFICER

The role of HR officer at Cygnific is quite diverse. A big part of your role will be acting like a partner in business; as a sounding board and support management and staff on all HR related issues. Besides that you make sure that Cygnific’s Human Resources policy is in line with the company policy and strategy and social law. You also take part in (and initiate) different projects throughout the company and you pro-actively signal and take action upon malfunctions in processes and procedures and propose improvements. But first of all you make sure that the HR administration is up to date.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Management advice & support
Monitor HR (external and internal) and Cygnific developments in order to advise and support own line management on all HR related issues, such as absenteeism & ARBO, labour conditions, changes in social law and recruitment. You coach your managers on any HR related matters.

2. Change Management, Programs & projects
Advise management and staff on issues of team and individual development to support the organisation in ensuring a flexible, efficient and effective workforce in accordance with the company’s goals.
Define within the given areas of attention (e.g. works council, ARBO) projects and/or activities and ensure execution and implementation in such a way that the HR instruments contribute in the most effective and efficient way to the organisational needs.

3. Personnel administration
Ensure a timely and correct personnel administration in cooperation with the HR assistants in order to meet requirements of social law, to safeguard reliable execution of Cygnific’s HR policy, and to produce adequate management information.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Higher vocational/University think and work level, preferably Personnel & Organisation
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR advisor/ HR business partner role in a commercial and service oriented environment
• Operational HRM experience and knowledge of the Dutch social law
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English (written & spoken)

• Contract for 5 months
• Salary between € 3100 and € 4200 gross/month based on 40 hours a week and depending on age, relevant experience and education
