Hudson’s Bay opened stores in the Netherlands in 2017. For this they needed a dedicated customer service team.
Complete package: phone, e-mail, social media and HBC app servicing.
Recruiting agents within and outside of Cygnific. They were trained on the HBC product and systems.
A team of 10-25FTE was created with both internal Cygnific agents and a flex pool. This team serviced the Hudson’s Bay customer in English and Dutch, from 08:00-22:00hr, 7 days a week. We serviced Hudson’s Bay from 2017 until 2019.
